Captain Scarlett - Borderlands 2
Im working on making Captain Scarlett from Borderlands 2, and I''m not entirely sure how to deal with her hair. Finding a wig that can be modified isn't a problem, but I'm not sure how to modify it. From what I can tell, its like a shorter, messier version of Jessie from Team Rocket's hair (YAY POKEMON!), but I'm not sure how to actually style a wig this way and make it stay. Any advice?
