Question about my pattern for cheshire?

hello im making a cheshire cosplay, this is my reference photo

It is one sleeve and its a batwing sleeve so I found this pattern to copy,

How would I change the pattern so I could have the deep v in the reference photo, also since its one sleeve how would I make the sleeveless part of the dress stay up? My idea was to get a bra with wonderflex molded to the triangular shape and then attatch it to the dress, but im up for any ideas:3 Please!
