Hello again all!
I'm planning on doing victorious Janna for AX '13 and wanted to get some input on the best way to go about making the wig. ![]() http://arda-wigs.com/products/cady http://arda-wigs.com/products/long-clip-ponytail So she has no bangs which draws the idea of the lace front, not exactly sure how it would then look in the back however, perhaps I'd have to buy additional wefts to sew into the back? Also the volume of the ponytail after the clip like hair-tye brings into question how well the ponytail clip would work, as I've never used one before I'm not quite sure how it... attaches. I've looked at Kukkii-Sans really helpful ponytail tutorial and am still really daunted. Anyways, any tips/examples/thoughts would be much appreciated, I didn't want to purchase the parts to find that it wouldn't work the way I'm imagining.

Personally, I wouldn't mess around with wefting a lace fronts. Her tiara/headpiece covers her hairline, so if I were you, I would just buy a Jasmine, add the bangs to the ponytail, and call it a day. It'd be a lot easier and a safer bet than trying to weft in a ponytail when you've never done it before.

I agree. And you can still add a ponytail clip overtop or extra wefts to get it thicker if you need really big volume. But ardas fiber can also fluff up well with back combing if you know how to do that

So get the Jasmine, And just attach a ponytail clip plus wefts added to it for volume?

I think the Cady could work since what you want to do is similar, if not exactly the same, to what this person did http://www.flickr.com/photos/ardawig...57628704331209

Yeah that's where I got the idea! But she has no photos of the back so I'm not 100% on how it looks. I asked her for advice and I didn't quite understand. She said she used Cady and extensions.
