Coverup for male

So I have this guy friend that wants to cosplay Miku but obviously he has those black "hair" pores when he shaves...basically dots. Anyone have a suggestion on how one would go about covering that up or making it less noticeable? If makeup could work what kind would you recommend? Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.

I would look into heavy coverage foundation or concealer first. Find a shade that matches his skin tone.

If that fails, look up drag performer tips for concealing stubble. Usually, a pink or orange based corrector is applied first, then foundation second.

Good luck and hope this helps!

^ I tried that recently with a pinkish lipstick. I heard somewhere, might have been on these boards even, that covering the beard area with a pink lipstick then the foundation, that yeah, that would work. I tried it, and it DOES seem to have some kind of hold to it.

Cosplay 1: Sailor Venus (Commissioner failed to make 4 month deadline)
Update: August 10th.... still nothing.

Reality: Recycled or no cosplay at all. Got to love commissioning! Thanks everyone!! Serious thanks to Dulcinea, who actually made the deadline for the accessories far in advance and of outstanding quality. Sucks they won't be used.

Thank you both for your replies! I will try both of these on my friend and see which one works best.

Its because beard stubble has a blueish undertone to it if you have dark hair, orange is opposite on the color wheel and helps cancel out the blue when you put your foundation over it
