I'm going to be going as fluttershy and my friend's going to be going as a male version of nightmare moon.
The plan so far is to meet on day 2 at 2pm inside the west hall, cause that seems to be where everyone meets and thus should be easier to remember. When AX put up the schedule, if there are any main events, such as concerts, at that time then I'll change the time to either a little earlier or a little later, but if you send me any contact info I will let you know and also update this post. I also will not change this last minute, and only for main events so that people who buy tickets to them can still come and meet up with us.
