Two in One Cosplay?

So here is the thing. I picked up fabric today for my Ice Princess Fionna cosplay and realized its the PERFECT fabric for the Ice Queen Steam Punk I am doing later this summer.

And so I thought maybe I could do a two in one? like edit it after my Princess Fionna is done?

I would still say, as nice as it might be to have the ability for a costume to do 2 things, there's a lot of little and medium differences that would make me say no...

but we are all free to our own creative juices, so i say if you wanna try and challenge yourself definitely try it, but for the sanity of your mind I would have to personally say, just make 2

Dunno, I think it will convert quite nicely. I'd make the dress completely strapless like the regular version (the 'sleeves' aren't a supporting element, so you need that structure in the bodice anyway). Then you can make a short jacket and big belt to go over it for the steam punk version.
Nothing is impossible, but some things are very expensive.

My Etsy shop: http://www.etsy.com/shop/penlowe I make non-fitted custom things to ship within the continental US. I only do fitted garments for those whom I can meet in person.
