Adding small design on a shirt.
So I'm modifying a red t-shirt for my bf, but I have no idea what's the most effective way to put this design on.
Here's reference: http://images3.wikia.nocookie.net/__...erals%29_t.gif I hope the image isn't too small. I couldn't find any other good reference picture. Thanks in advance. |

Option one: paint it on (directly, or by making a stencil) with fabric paint.
Option two: get iron-on photo transfer paper, print the design on the paper, and iron the image onto the shirt (caveat: on a bright red shirt, the image might not be as vibrant or stand out as much as you may want it to). Option three: applique using a contrasting fabric (most complicated and time-consuming method).
