We have been trying to contact the Wig Store about a wig that went missing in the mail months ago, whoever e-mailed us back said they would replace it but have not responded back in quite some time (maybe they are busy, maybe they think we are lying about it and aren't bothering to reply, we don't know but its frustrating).

My issue is: I've tried several times to contact them via the phone numbers listed on the site, but it always says there is no one there to take my call. I've left numerous messages, but have never gotten calls back.

Am I just calling the wrong time or are those numbers not even used anymore?

Its just getting a little...irritating.
