Flame Princess pants

I want to cosplay Flame Princess fromAdventure Time's alternate outfit, but I'm stuck on the pants. I have no idea what the style would be called, how to sew them, or even what kind of pattern to look for.

Help please?

They look like princess jasmine's pants from Aladdin which are harem pants.

Yeah, I'd say harem pants too.
Does this help?

Harem pants patterns are pretty easy to find, and they are usually listed under costumes at stores or on websites. Alternatively, you could buy a pattern for drawstring pajama pants with a wide leg (or you can made the leg really wide) and then sewed elastic into the bottom cuff so they gathered (I did this for my Ty Lee pants).
