Hey guys! So I want to make an Erza Scarlet cosplay from Fairy Tail, specifically her Flame Empress Armor. I've watched many armor tutorials and read many blogs and basically have my idea planned out, but I have a few questions! I plan on making it out of Fun foam!

1.) Should I make the wings out of fun foam too? How would I attach them without some sort of brace? She wears a strapless fitted armor.

2.) How should I attach the fun foam pieces so I can put it on and have it not fall down? Should I put eyelets in in and lace it up?

3.) How should I keep the thy and shin guards up? Elastic and lace that up also?

4.) What should i make her sword out of?
