Question Need Help Finding or Making a Wig!

I finally started working on one of my dream cosplays, Charlotte from The Princess and the Frog!

Reference <3

The problem is I have no idea how to accomplish her hair. I can't even really tell what hair style it is. Is it a huge bun? Is it a beehive? I'm at a loss, and I would really appreciate some help.

I was thinking maybe I could get a long blonde wig and wrap it around some Styrofoam, kinda like I did with my Groose pompadour - here's a pic of that, just as a ref for what I mean (ignore crappy picture, it was the first I grabbed off facebook). Except for her I'd be taking the hair from the back instead of the front. I have no idea what that would do to the wefts or what it would look like....

Any suggestions? :/

id find a wig that is like that front then alter from there. you will want to use a foam core and then put the wefts onto it (but cut out the wefts from the back of the wig.
