characters with. . .
I'm looking for any character(s ) ( video game, anime, etc. ) that have. . .

Kind of near impossible to find one if you wanted ALL of that.
 ...How about the Fujibayashi sisters from Clannad? Specifically, Ryou? Then you have that girl from Lucky Star, Tsukasa.

I mentioned that I didn't want one character that had all those traits, but several characters who had one of them.

First thought is Yuki from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. She has short kinds purply-grey hair.
