sorry for the delayed response. For some reason I don't get a notification when someone posts something to the thread. I am very easy going with the photoshoots and encourage people to swing by the studio location for a quick portrait. I'm going to have an open door policy unless someone requests a closed set.
I'm using the sign up sheet for both studio and outdoor shoots. If someone wants to do an outdoor shoot then I just need to know where so I can plan for it. Once people sign up, I will look at their requests and see what works best.
At this time I don't have a payment list, but everything would be e-commerce through my website. I will provide one or two pictures at no charge for everyone that models. I am thinking I will charge .25 to .50 cents for the high res version of the digital print. I know that everyone is on a budget.
If somone has a high quality costume then I am going to spend more time on their shoot. different looks, different lighting styles. (If someone comes in just wearing a T-shirt then I'm probably just going to take one picture.)
For those that bring in a page outlining the creation of their costume, I will do either studio or outdoors, or both, and provide all the pictures at no charge, including edits. They will also receive mention in my book project.
No limit on the number of shoots. Not every shoot is going to take 30 minutes, so feel free to reserve a time, or stop by when you are free.
I also encourage groups. It is a lot of fun when people can feed off the groups energy, and I can go do individual and small group shots in the studio.
Hope this answers your questions. Feel free to message me with any additional questions.

1. Is the sign up sheet only for the studio setting? Or is sign up for all shoots, and in addition if you want a studio setting you have to bring the 'essay'?
2. You mentioned 'Prints, Payment, Etc:' but I didn't see anything about payment listed, so can we get a payment list?
3. Do you limit cosplayers to a certain number of shoots they can have per day/weekend?
