I have! I've named both of my iPhones, all 3 of my laptops, my Xbox 360 when I had one, and even my mini fridge!

My iPhone is Sakura, because it's Jailbroken and I found probably the only Sakura Haruno theme on Cydia, my current laptop is Tia, for absolutely no reason what-so-ever. And finally, my mini-fridge is Bertha. It just works.

Haha! So, any of you as odd as me, naming your electronics or inanimate objects?

They're almost all named after characters from Sherlock Holmes... I started doing this a few years ago.

My laptop is Irene. My old laptop was named Moriarty, and... died after falling off a table in an unfortunate accident, fittingly. My USB keys are named Lestrade/Lestrade 2.0. My iPod Touch is Watson. My external hard drives are Mycroft/Mycroft 2.0, and my tablet computer is Sherlock. My new PS3 has no name yet. Maybe I'll name it Mrs. Hudson.

Contrary to the Sherlock theme, my car is named Shadowfax, as it's my noble white steed.

Thats awesome! I'll be getting my first car this summer, but I haven't yet decided what I'm going to name it. It's going to be a 1996 Nissan Skyline GTS-T R33. 6600 dollars imported and landed.

It's cool you've got a theme, whereas I don't haha.

My PS3 is named Tobias, but we just call it Toby. My USB drives are Izare, Azbak, and Firefly (because the end glows when it's being used). I call my sewing machine Bro, or one of its many variations.

My laptop was named Murphy a few years back, partially after Murphy's Law and my favorite twin from Boondock Saints. I thought nothing of it. A few weeks ago it fell off a table, straight onto its powercord. I panicked, picked it up, and saw that other than a small scratch and the cord at an odd angle, it was fine. All I could imagine was this drunken Irish laptop saying that it should go again. So I guess maybe the names end up rubbing off on the inanimate object.

I call my electronics "Piece of shit", "Motherfucker", and "Bastard" and that's the extent it goes to.

The PS3 is named Tiger Festival, the psp is called Archer. I also named my car Kizuna. I try not to name the electronics that I know I won't have forever like my phone.

Haha the names are awesome so far. I always have my phone. It never breaks because I take too good care of my electronics. The only phone I've ever broken, is my 3GS when I was drinking. I was blackout drunk. It's name was Lisa. I'm happy with my 4S though. I may upgrade to the 5S when it comes out.

Well, my laptop is named Herakles because it falls asleep randomly.
My brother and I share a car, and when our older brother used it he had named it Wilbur. I renamed it to be Wilson because it's just a more fitting name. I've named my friend's cars House and Garcia, as well.

I named our fake Christmas tree Sony and my parents trucks Mr&Mrs Auto. Also anything that I like I name Todd because I love that name

I named my Lollipop cell phone Fenrir since I received my current phone when I was addicted to Final Fantasy VII. On the menu in my cell phone, a bird follows you when you click the arrows. I named the bird Peeko (Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald reference. Peeko the Wingull) since the bird looks like a Wingull.

I named my wooden katana Tori since I was thinking about my friend Tori who has always imagined me wielding a katana.

My Nintendo DS's name is Aoba.

I'm pretty notorious for this actually. My iPod's named Wheezy, cameras are Arabella and Oliver, my car's named Ginny (it's red) and my laptop is Izzy.

I only name items I know will have a lifespan of more than 5 years. So only my car is named at this point: Kerrigor, because it's tiny and evil (as per his bound cat form).

I only named my violin, I named it Lestat because well... I was very much in to Anne Rice's books and that character played the violin.

My car is known as the "country mobile" often.
