Short story is I signed up for a gym membership. I'm mostly a long-distance swimmer so I can't sprint worth a damn, but I've also been out of the pool for at least several years, so it feels like I've a ton of catching up to do.
Are there any routines or sets you guys would suggest? I'm still capable of longer sets, I"m just not fast at them and sometimes I'll throw in laps of just kicking.
As for time, I've generally have access to the lap pool for about two hours maybe 2-3 times a week so far?
