Ouran High School Host Club Meetup - Day 1 (Thursday) - 4:30 p.m. - West Hall Lobby then to be moved outside (if the heat's in our favor), outside the Main Event Hall. Facebook page is: "Anime Expo 2013 Ouran High School Host Club Meetup!!"

Blazblue Gathering

I'm back! XD Okay, so firstly, now that we have an official map, the Bleach gathering location is Site 2 according to that one. Change that please for both days? I'll ask Mousegirl to do the same with her spreadsheet/doc.

Need any help with anything?

For the OFF; Mortis Ghost gatherings...
Would you mind please changing the time of the one on Day 2 to be at 11am? Though this might change again, it's my best guess.
Also, could you add one on Day 4 at 1pm. Again, not certain about the time, because I will also need to attend the Vocaloid gathering...

I'm unsure about the spread sheet, because I see it and many others do. But just in case, I shall link a new one. I would very much prefer if this were the spreadsheet shown, seeing how that is how I will be using it for the apps (unless I am told otherwise between now and Anime Expo).

As for more room, I did make the google doc that's just a word doc with all the info here. But it's the list on one page. So I made one for each day, which is using your format.

Updated the map with the schedule in the spreadsheet.

Will only update the map one more time before AX. Any updates after Sunday may not get into the map.

P.S. Also want to confirm my Key/VisualArts gathering for Site 9, day 2, 10am

As the facebook event manager for the Steins;Gate Gathering, fellow lab member and friend of the gathering's host, I would like to clarify that the Steins;Gathering is not held at Site 2, but instead it is held at the West Hall Entrance aka Site #1 as it does says so on the gathering's thread.

I did say I made the map based on the spreadsheet. The Steins;Gate location correction has been made.

As there was an update to the Anime Expo schedule late last night, I will continue to make changes to the map until 8pm Pacific Daylight Time on July 1. For anyone else that sees that the map needs to be corrected, PM me as it allows me to save time. Since I plan to stop work on the map at 8pm 7/1, I won't check my PMs until 7pm PDT 7/1. Any correction requests made after that time may not get into the map.

As the map organizes the cosplay gathering schedule by location, gatherings that do not have a site defined will be placed in site 10 (outdoors, across the street from Site 2) until I get a PM asking for a correction by 7pm PDT (California time) July 1. I'm only placing these ronin gatherings in site 10 as it's the site with the fewest gatherings scheduled.

Just letting you know, the person you replied to just copied and pasted the information from my spreadsheets. So I will update the information. Sorry for the typo, but it happens when you're constantly pressing "1", "2", "7", "8" over and over again.

Also, Resident-chick, if we could have the first post reflect the new site numbers. Then people can start getting used to them in time for the convention. And, of course, the map will be there to help. It will be a way to lower the number of words you have in there, and then have more space for other things
