Periwinkle?? Help??
Hello! I was looking to cosplay as Periwinkle from "The Secret of the Wings." Anyhelp?? I would really like it to look like this

For a pattern, look up halter style tops. There should be plenty on the market now that it's the pre-spring/summer season. Simplicity, McCalls, Butterick, and Kwik Sew should all have easy to follow patterns. You can also attach the wings to the back of the top, similar to the Disney Park fairies. Good luck!
