Markings?
A lot of characters have tiny little detailed markings that I always mess up drawing and always turn out smudged by the end of the day. What should I be using to draw them on? I'm particularly worried about Drossel's getting smudged again, since I keep absentmindedly scratching my face before I realize what I'm doing. It gets all over my face, it gets onto my gloves...
Long story short, is there any way to stop makeup from smudging? What should I be using to put those little markings on? And what's this 'powder' people keep talking about?

Stealthos-Aurion has a tutorial for Drocell on her deviantArt page. She used acrylic paint for the marking. You could also use long wearing liquid eye liner, such as Milani Infinite. Comes in a nice royal blue shade, called Infinite.

powder is usually just translucent powder u can buy in any makeup section.
i would also set w a finishing spray and it'll help hold
