Question Guilty Crown - - Inori

Soon, I'll be getting a dress from a friend of mine and I'm having troubles figuring something out; How to attach ribbon to it.
The dress I'm trying to do is this one:

What would be the best and easiest way to attach the ribbons?
I just started sewing class as well and if it'd be too complex, is there possibly a simpler way to attach them?

I'd do it by hand. The other thing to bear in mind is the bodice is fitted, with the ribbon just under the bust. If the dress is stretchy, you either need a stretchy ribbon or leave the bow to be tied after the dress is on- otherwise you won't be able to get in & out of it.
