Spirited Away 'No-Face'

So I'm thinking of doing No-Face from Sprited Away for my next cosplay at NYCC 2013 (yes I know, quite early to be planning already but this costume may take some time).
But I'm not going for the normal No-Face which is just a black hood with a mask. I'm aiming more for No-Face after he's eaten several people. When he reveals that giant mouth and has all those extra arms and legs. And you can sorta see some of the people floating around inside his giant bloated belly.
Ref pics:
from the side, you can see more of his hind frog-ish legs: http://theentertainmentnut.files.wor...nf13.jpg?w=479
from the front, you get his mouth and his front legs(arms?):

I've already got what I'm using for his body that is semi-transparent so I can show all the people (including froggy) he's eaten. The only trouble I'm having is how to do those frog-looking legs.
I literally have no idea where to start on those...^^;

I'd probably go with sewn pleather, stuffed with polyester fiber-fill (aka the plushie technique).
