Last year there was a ton of people wearing cosplaying and jfashion so it's okay. ^^ People were even asking pictures from the people that where dressed in cosplay.

You can buy tickets at the Matsuri right? you don't have to buy them ahead of time or anything?

I would go if it were free. Its always crowded and if people need to buy tickets ahead of time, then I don't think I can go.
$5 can look like a million dollars to me....>.>
