Makeup + Real Hair?
I am going to be cosplaying as Lady (or rule 63/ whatever you wanna call it) Wind Waker Ganondorf for Anime Expo, and I was planning on using my real hair since it's already red and I can style it easily. I was also going to paint myself olive or tan colored though, so I don't know how I would make that work or blend the makeup in to my hairline?
I'm also wondering if I should go with cake or creme makeup. I've heard good things about Ben Nye of course, but a friend recommended I try Mehron Paradise. I have until the end of June to practice, so maybe I should try both to see what works? Here's a concept drawing i did for the face area, still not sure if i should be green or tan? http://media.tumblr.com/5fbb1eac9806...9jno1_1280.png

My friend cosplays a Twi'lek and uses Mehron Paradise. It's water-based so you must sponge it on and not wear it in the rain, but she always looks fantastic with full body coverage that doesn't rub off. I used it for my facepaint for Mystique and was pretty pleased with it as well.

I've never used Mehron Paradise, so I don't have a comparison, but I have used Ben Nye aquapaint, and it's pretty good.
