Pein Animal Path wig help

I'm wanting to cosplay this version of Pein:

but I'm unsure how I would make the sort of knotted bit on the top of the hair. I'd like to use a wig from Arda if possible, since I love their wigs and the quality of them, but which one should I use as a base? I'd thought that I could maybe use their Hairbow somehow for it but I'm looking for a more knotted look so perhaps I could do something with wefts instead?

Any opinions/help would be appreciated

I would recommend MAKING your own hair clip using some wefts. And I have to say that their Pumpkin color would be perfect for this as well!

What you could do is get a braid clip, and a short wefts, weave and maybe hot glue the wefts through the braid, then bundle the braid into a ball and clip and pin it in to look like a knot.
