....Yeah. I need help/advice with a lot of this to at least get me going. Anyone who knows this knows the nightmare it will be and anyone who doesn't, well...

This also goes for time though I would prefer to get this done in time for Otakon. My biggest current issues I am having are the orbitals that are supposed to float in the air and what would make a good base for this costume, as in whatever I'm wearing under any other armor piece or anything else I make on top of it. Any and all assistance is greatly appreciated.

id suguest looking into the few, mass effect or dead space, threads
as that will help iron out some plans for construction as its a similar style build there may be a gundam or gungirl thread somewhere too but basically they seem to start with an "armored wetsuit" look then build up the pic doesnt show orbitals, but colapsable wings arnt ever easy either if you havent yet, id try googleing vids for, gundam armor, costume wings (sci-fi), daft punk helmet, and perhaps look in other franchises like mech-warrior/command, WoW(warcraft), warhammer, and other sci-fi military or medieval base Last edited by Dictamnus Albus : 03-01-2013 at 02:08 PM. |
