Handsome Jack wig?

My fiance is doing Handsome Jack cosplay from Borderlands 2 for Naka kon, and I'm having a hard time finding a wig that'll work for him.

Here's a reference picture:

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated D8

I pull 1 more image to see what going on on the side.

My first recommendation would be the Cady in Spanish brown.

But since you need to add a white streak and elongated widows peck I recomend getting on of these wigs as a base

Match wefts and a on white weft to create a new hair line.

^ to finish that off without bald cap you just need to sew wefts to the underside of the hairline and pull/style the weft over and on top.
