I will post on Saturday. I haven't weighed myself in a month and Saturday is my next weigh day. I actually hope that I have gained weight. That would mean that I have lost body fat after the amount I have been lifting 8D
As for your other questions I am 24 and I feel like most cosplayers are within the 15-25 range. There may be others, its kinda hard to tell sometimes.
I am becoming more proud of my weight. I've learned to not really care about what the scale says and focus more on measurements and body fat % to get a better idea of how fit I am. I have seen a girl that is 5' 5" and weigh 120 lbs look fatter than a girl that is the same height and weighs 135 lbs. The girl at 135 lbs had abs and was lean and beautiful. Just goes to show you that the scale isn't always right. There is a topic here somewhere that shows the same example.
So don't always focus on what the scale says. Focus on how you feel and set cardio and weight lifting goals that you can reach within a month. Its the easiest way to get in shape and lose weight. Rather than I want to lose 60 lbs that will take probably about a year to do, just day I want to run a mile in 12 minutes. Once you do that, try to run a mile in 11 minutes. My current goal is to bench press my body weight. I started last week and I could only press about 50 lbs and now I am at 65. I want to squat twice my body weight and right now I am at 245 lbs (goal is 270, the last time I weighed myself I was at 135.)
