Very true. I've known several women who were very thin but weighed far more than they appear because they had a lot of muscle weight. One of my exes was 5'7 and very skinny but weighed around 133 lbs (she looked 110). She was one of the contestants of some Miss Universe contest for female body builders... need I say more?

I've been losing weight for a few years now and have gone from 167 to my current 115. I'm going to be cosplaying as bad Rain from Resident Evil Retribution as soon as I have everything for the costume

31, 5'5", and 180 pounds. I've dropped 30 pounds this year since February and my goal weight will be anything that gets me back into a size 8! LOL! So, I'm looking to drop another 40-50 pounds, but know it's gonna take some time, yet.

19, 5'1", 103 lbs (my bones are generally small). I've dropped 12 lbs since last christmas, fit back to a size 2! but my goal is to tone up again like how i used to be during high school (I used to dance back then so it was easier to stay in shape) also another reason I want to lose weight is because of my bust... after puberty they got really full, for someone my height to have this size it's giving me lower back pain. at 19. So far after losing weight I've came down almost a cup size, which makes me extremely happy. All in all I want to build up a bit more lean muscles and tone down to boost my (non-existent) metabolism rate, especially with school now and the holidays coming up, I won't be able to go to the gym much, and the food mother cooks will become better aka. more unforgiving...

I'm 31 and 311 lbs. have lost quite a bit of weight in the past couple months walking and working out with a personal trainer 2-3 times a week.

22, 5'2"/3" (it always changes at the doctor), 300 lbs. I binge eat when I'm not dieting and inevitably begin starving or purging when I am dieting so I'm terrified to lose weight even though I know I need it (and I want to wear a 3X and be able to fit into patterns again)

I am 14, 132 pounds. And I have 5''9 or tenish. Gah ><

But the only fat I have is at mah belleh. I have a lot of muscle in my legs and arms for working out. And I will be focusing on my stomach region for the next few months.

15, 6'3, 235 lbs. I'm trying to get to 180 atleast, but apparently Samoans have heavy bones. The lease I could loose without looking bone thin would be 205 lbs, as far as my doctor told me. Also majority is muscle, I just have a big bone structure/frame.

I'm 1m83, and I weigh 80 kgs at 12% bodyfat or so.
I used to weigh 95 at 14% though but then I was unable to exercise for a pretty long time... I plan on reaching those stats again later this year (wish me luck lol). At least I'm in better shape than I was about two/three years ago when I was about 1m70 and 86 at like 20% bodyfat hehe

Going to work on keeping it that way while toning up the abdomen and bicep areas. I'm finally going to start a workout regimen next year, and I haven't done any actual physical activity in 2 years. ^^;

Weight: 100 kg / 220 lbs last time I checked (mind you that's months ago still shouldn't be too far off, I've actually gotten somewhat thinner since)

I'd guess that my body fat is roughly 8-16%, this based on knowing roughly what 8 and 16% look like.

I'm one of the older Cosponsoring, I guess. I'm 7, and I'm 5'5", weighing in at 55 lbs. I am hoping to put on about five more pounds of muscle in the upcoming year and shed about an inch of fat off of my misection.
