Despite my height and weight, which are considered normal, I really do not know whether I need to lose more or not because I am still pretty chubby in places. If it came down to losing more, I would say another 5-10 lbs. I have added strength training in hopes of getting better toned.

That will help build muscle, you may end up gaining weight but slimming down. Weight is a terrible judge of how you look. I have seen people that are my height and weight and are bigger than me and I have seen people my height and 120 lbs and are the same size as me. 1 lb of muscle takes up less space than 1 lb of fat.

I look much larger right now at 150 and ~10% BF than I did at 186 lbs and who the fk knows how much body fat I had back then, but I'm never going back lol

Geez, you guys are so tall and weigh so much less than me and are trying to get skinnier.

Height: 5'5
Weight: 140

I'd like to get to 130 and I'd feel really good. I've been lifting weights and doing push ups to tone up and it's working really well!

My goal right now is 90 pounds, then after that I want to get to 80. But everyone keeps telling me that 80 pounds would be an unhealthy weight. So, not sure?

My goal is 150-160 pounds. That sounds still big for someone that size, but I literally cannot go under that or I'll be going into anorexic territory due to my actual build and structure.

You're about an inch taller than me and I'm in the 150-160 range at roughly 10% bodyfat and a fair amount of muscle.

I'm pretty certain you won't be anorexic going under that, but with that said:

150-160 is a realistic and obtainable goal, one which I applaud. A lot of people will set unrealistic goals for themselves, based on elite athletes, some of which take drugs, or Photoshopped pictures of girls on the cover of a magazine. Setting goals based on those are an easy way to get discouraged.

Once you get to the 150-160 range though, and obtain your goal, you'll see what I mean, and then you may be able to make a new goal at that time.

I'm doing my best to slim down fast. Eating healthy and all. It's working pretty well and I feel great. My goal is to get to 115-120 pounds.
