Ridiculous Beard Help

The beard belongs to Barbamon and when I say ridiculous and I mean ridiculous it's a white almost floor length chin beard ,I've added an image to show the length and how it's attached.

Yes I agree on the ridiculousness of that one.

your are going to have to carve the base shape of the beard out of foam and painted white to match the hair. Then glue on hair over that shape, Tacky Glue is what most people use of solid structures. I've know others to use silicon caulk instead over upholstery foam to make the hair fexlable/rubbery.
