Hi all, I'm just looking for someone to cosplay as who wears pants like these, to justify the high price tag :P

I can't help you too much, but those pants are called bondage pants. Maybe a new google search will help with the proper name?

I've tried searching the net for the proper name for these, and I get weird results or 5 different names for them. The pair I found were in store, and they just have a facebook page for the online aspect of it, so I couldn't find a good name that way either

Omg, I just tried to find anything, and I see what you mean about difficulties. The only things even remotely relevant that I managed to find were fan art of goth versions of popular characters. Maybe try researching manga about punk/rock bands? I know I've seen them before, but I can't remember any specific titles, only that they were pretty obscure, would it bother you if nobody recognized your character?

...this is really going to bug me. I'll keep looking.

Not much comes to mind with the black and pink, but if you go with a black and white pair, you could cosplay Santa from 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors!

Your best bet probably really is a fan version of a character.
Maybe one of one of the Hagane Vocaloids, the punky metal version of the Vocaloid characters?

You could do most gothic characters from anime where they don't where the same thing everyday.
One thing that come to mind is Nana Osaki from Nana.. If they weren't black and pink.
It is a great anime if you haven't seen it yet.

There are tons of options if you are doing the punk rock style.

Well, what comes to mind for me is Meenah from Homestuck, I could see her wearing those pants, and she has pink details on her clothes.
