Well, it depends on a number of factors. Time, budget, and skill all matter is deciding how to cosplay. His outfit looks fairly easy to put together. Black tee with modified work clothes, and safety helmet with boots. Accessories include glasses and modified gloves. The wig may provide the biggest challenge.
Ebay, work clothing sources, thrift stores, are all good places to check for some of these items. The yellow stripes look like safety tape that cyclists use. However, if you want a screen accurate cosplay, you'll need to make it yourself or commission some one to make it for you. Commissioning is more expensive, but if you lack the skills and have the budget, it might be worth it. Hope this helps a little and good luck with your cosplay plans! |

Thanks so much! That cyclist tape is definitely helpful, I never knew the tape was specified like that?
