I have a 200x200 photo of myself, but still the photo would not work or pop up. whats going on?

The forums are different than the costume section. The forum avatar is limited to 150x150 and 19.5k. You'll probably have to crank up the jpeg compression to get the file size that small.

I have no idea how. hm.. I got my 150x150 a bit to small also o.o

Turning my 150x150 into a gif makes the size smaller and still able to keep a lot of the color compared to when I am trying to make my icon into a low quality jpeg.
