[The Craze]

Hey guys,
I will be doing a Reshiram cosplay later this year and I really wanted to go extreme with it.
I have a few things that I want to build but don't know really where to start.

For the first addition I was thinking of doing feathered eyebrows, as I have never done them before and every other place I look for help I end up looking at permanent tattoos and eyebrow shapers, which don't really help me.
I was wondering if anyone knew how to go about doing it.
I was thinking that you would cut the feathers down to size then using eyelash glue just below the eyebrows and then build up on them to get the desired look.

For the second addition I wanted to do a sort of neck brace for the neck piece found on Reshiram, I want it to be stiff but not to hard that i will choke myself on it and not be able to wear it for long hours.

and third, I need help with the rings that are found all over Reshiram, there will be 2 in my hair, three in my skirt, and 2 on my neck brace. I want them to look good, I don't really want them made out of anything fragile like cardboard.

As for the eyebrows, I think your feather idea would work. Best way is to test it. You might want to use Sprit gum if they eye lash glue will not hold and some color if you have darker eyebrows.

For the neck pieces, check in to heat plastic. Or if you need a more squishable option
THIS STUFF Mind not to use any thing that would eat foam... but glue it together in loops or wrap in a covering.
