And nope, she just meant for the Friday photoshoot of Final Fantasy as far as I know, only Liliana (Liana) and I 'applied' for the Final Fantasy Panel.

I'm not following the first bit.

As for the second bit - they are confirmed, I personally confirm in an email and post to the excel file/pdf; anything on anpanels.com is secondary and requires me manually going through steps to make sure everyone is signed up. Like I had to manually add you to every shoot. So please give me time. Like i said earlier in the thread someone is still missing from your sunday shoot. I cannot confirm it on the site until they sign up. I can't add them since they have multiple accounts and i don't know which they are actually using.

No, many shoots will only have one organizer. I have suggestions on the first page for sizes based on what fanime uses (another con). It all depends on how large the shoot will be, hard to tell for shoots that have never been run before.

Adding people is fine, just reply to the email with their names so I can make sure the right people are in it when it eventually gets closed on anpanels.com

I definitely wont be hosting a shoot with how complicated its seem to have gotten, I found it difficult before to make it to these things, and felt bad if I tried to create one only to miss it, but now that we actually held responsible by the CON... i don't think I'll ever be hosting one :S

Thank you! It's extra work on my part, but I totally think you guys deserve it as it's just as much work as moderating a panel.

Yes, she did make an account, she's the one who set up the random game characters shoots. Her name and email address should be something you'd already have, I would've thought, but I'll ask her for them anyway.
