Insulin Pump

Okay, for those of you who don't know, this is what an insulin pump looks like:

I'm designing a Millianna (from Fairy Tail) cosplay for Otakon. And I'm trying to figure out where/how to put this? I mean, Millianna has her cloak that she wears so I could put it on my back for the few days of Otakon. Anybody else have any suggestions for where to put it?
Thanks~

If the tube is long enough, I'd say just hook it to the back of the garter waist band. Honestly, no ones going to nit pick over something medical.

I agree. Just keep it where ever is comfortable for you.
No one will notice or care. (:
And if you wanted to could even just pose so it won't show. (:

People must make exceptions for medical devices. Such devices, in my opinion, do not come into play when considering character accuracy. They should be ignored by anyone who sees the costume, and usually this is the case. So I say, as has already been said, put it where ever is comfortable for you. It's an important device, it's not something you want to go screwing with and endangering yourself just for a cosplay.

I know, I wasn't planning on not wearing it, I'm just unsure of where I'll keep it hooked to, or if I should specifically make a pocket/pouch for it or whatever.

My main concern is the tubing getting caught on something, being hit or the pump accidentally dropping. I mean, since I'll have her cloak, I thought *maybe* some kind of holster to keep it secure on the back of her belt? I'm not quite sure how to do it.

It's not that I'm ashamed of my pump or worried it'll mess up my costume; I even have planned to wear a pink infusion set to match her costume This is mainly for the safety of the pump itself (these little guys aren't cheap!)

Oh ok! Then I would for sure make a little pouch that could attach to her garterbelt. I know sock dreams sells cute little pouches that can go on socks. (http://www.sockdreams.com/products/b...lopockets:8944)
