For a young man who is completely unfit (obviously talking about myself here), is it better to start with focusing on strength or cardio (goal is to lose weight, I know diet is more important than exercise in that aspect).
How long should one take to train for jogging 5k? (Starting point: being able to job about 1 minute at a time with ample rest between sets)
Lower-mid pain pain caused during intense cardio?
Knee locks up/does not lock while walking?
What was the method and who did you go through to get the PT certification?
