Greyhound then TTC. I'm coming from London and that's what I do. If the bus stops at Yorkdale Mall first, get off there. Then hop on a TTC subway to Lawrence West station(it's like 2 stops from the mall). Once you get there, hop on the 58 Malton(not sure if it's the A) and that'll take you straight the TCC.
Now if the Greyhound goes straight to downtown Toronto, get off at the bus terminal then walk to Dundas station and again, take the subway to Lawrence West station.
Or if you don't feel like doing TTC, there's always the Airport Express bus which you can catch outside the Greyhound. That'll take you to Terminal 2 at Pearson and then you can take a shuttle to your hotel. That'll cost $26.95 one way or $40 round trip. Depending on how much you've got to carry it might not be a bad idea. Otherwise, TTC will get you there without issue for less than 7 bucks both ways.
