Cosplay Contest Sign-ups
I read on A-Kon's Facebook that the cosplay rules and pre-registration will be released on March 18th. Something to keep an eye out for on their website, since their forums are solely on Facebook at the moment.

This is correct.
Also, as stated in another post, there will be some new changes to the rules. Nothing scary. It's actually in the favor of the cosplayers.
