Armor - Spartan template
If an answer to this question has already been addressed, please redirect me in the direction.
I'm hoping to make some Spartan armor (from Halo). I've found multiple tutorials (here and across the internet) with Pepakura templates. However, I am making my armour out of EVA foam and as I understand it, the Pepakura files are pieces that one has to assemble into 3D shapes. I'm hoping someone can direct me to a PDF or Photoshop file of the armor templates in 2D shapes (like these Mass Effect templates: http://i56.tinypic.com/2r5zy83.png) instead of dozens of individual pieces. I'd prefer to cut out the dozens of hours it'd take to assemble the pieces (and hope it fits) only to flatten it out again and trace it onto my foam, and simply scale the template until it's the proper size. If anyone can direct me in the direction to such templates, I'd be grateful. |

I haven't seen templates for the Mk6 armor but I have seen templates for MkV Reach-style armor on 405th.com.
What you can also do is convert the pep files for use as EVA templates. It's not an especially complicated process and there are a couple of tutorials on youtube that give pointers on how to do so.
