How should I do this? Mu-12

I am working this cosplay but I haven't even started the legs yet.....
I want to the 'pointed' toe look so how should I do that?

Also the arm 'blades' I am not sure how to coordinate those, any advice, tips?

First of all, I would personally recommend wearing maybe a tight body suit under that outfit, but that's just what I'd do.
Anyways, you're defiantly going to need lots of support on your feet, and great balance. Maybe carving a dense sponge into the shape of your feet in a somewhat ballerina point might work? Then you could use an armour tutorial for the rest of it.
This might not be to your liking, but perhaps you could lay the blade(?) flat across the arm armour? Or even just not have any space inbetween it, and construct the basic shape out of some type of wire. I hope this helped, even if only a little.

Definitely doing a bodysuit at least for the lower half of the body, so as to attach the armor to it. Carving a sponge/foam to act as a 'block' to stand on?
I don't quite get what you mean about the arm blades?

Please don't do ballet pointes. They're totally not necessary. That leg armor is WAY bulky enough that you can buy heels (or even flat shoes) and just build around it.
You're going to kill your feet if you're en pointe for hours

I'd get clear acrylic shoes, those "stripper" shoes, and build around them like Ash said. That way you can have the heel sticking out of the leg pieces without it being overly obvious.

Sorry about the ballet thing, I didn't think that through. What I meant about the sponge is kind of like a mold I guess, and, again, I didn't really think the arm thing through. But I think that AshofRebirth's and Nostrum's ideas would probably be best.
