Beauty marks? (covering and creating)

I have a few beauty marks on my face, and the person I'm cosplaying, Samus, has one. And of course it's just where one of mine is ... on the other side. xP

Is there any sort of inexpensive make-up that could cover up my beauty marks without looking fake or caked on? And is something like eyeliner a good idea to use to imitate a beauty mark, or would it smear too easily?

I used a water resistant gel eye liner for Tyki Mikk's beauty mark (and stigmata forehead marks, which were rubbing constantly against the wig.) Neither of them smeared or ran throughout the entire day.

For covering beauty marks, how you conceal it might depend on whether or not they're raised.

Sweet, thanks. I'm going to the mall Saturday, maybe I can find that liner at Sephora or something.

No, they aren't raised. They're just like freckles, except just a bit darker. I have three around my mouth, and then just a few lighter freckles on my face, but my basic cover-up covers those.

The Sephora lady helped me find something to cover them, and I got the eyeliner you suggested. Here's hoping it works!!!
