Fabric dyeing questions

I am starting to sew up my Nepgear from Neptunia, The only thing is I looked everywhere (and I mean everywhere) for light purple 2way pvc to do her highlights on her suit, gloves, leggings, ect.

The only color I managed to find that was remotely close was a dark purple pvc.
(Photo attached)

Also here is the link to the purple I'm trying to get or paint too ... ect

(It's a tad lighter)

Is there anyway in painting? or bleaching Pvc? I'm assuming no but I figured I would ask! haha

Also I am super fair skinned and I need to dye fabric for a flesh tone part on my Morrigan cosplay have anyone dyed fabric for light colored skin before? What combo in colored dye worked for you?

Might be a silly question, but did you search for other terms aside from light purple? Such as violet, lavender, or lilac? A quick google search came up with quite a few hits, and eBay did too (such as this, but it's Aussie eBay).

There's really no way to lighten PVC.
