How to look like a guy! Naruto.

Hey !
I am a girl and I want to crossplay Naruto Uzumaki.. But he is a guy. >n<
I have looked up videos to try and get his look, but nothing seems to work. I am not sure if I don't have the right face shape or what? And I am already working on brightening my complexion.
Each time I try, I turn out like a girl still.

I really wish I could show you a picture of myself with the makeup that I tried, but they all sucked so bad, I didn't want to take any pictures.

So if anyone is able to help me out, I will try anything! And I will keep this thread updated with my results.

This is a picture of myself with very little makeup..

We actually already have a thread going about face makeup for FtM crossplay:

http://www.cosplay.com/showthread.php?t=317445

Basically, it's all in the contouring. You want to put a darker shade under your cheekbones, around your jawline, and by your temples to give your face a more masculine shape. If you want, you can also fake more "realistic" male skin by making your complexion more uneven, as this tends to be the case for boys.

If you could upload pictures of your attempts, I think it would really help so we don't give you repetitive advice of things you've already tried!

I agree, please upload your best attempts so we can guide you further. It's hard to give advice from a blank template as there is a lot that can change simply from makeup. I definitely think it you could pull it off just looking at your picture. Your most feminine trait is your mouth, so I would work on decreasing the contrast around there. Read the tutorials in the other thread, show us your best attempt, and we'll be able to guide further from there.
