I don't know what to call it in English. I made from hard paper ^^ and finished the skin with normal paper. Color them in red and brass gold with the spray color.

Like a mat board or foam board perhaps? I think they look really nice. Professionally done. And the circles are just perfect.

Those look very good. Now, with using paper, do you find the edges curl when painted? I see that they kinda look ruffled. I would LOOOOOVE to see them in foamcore. Wonderful designing. Yeah, those circles are just about spot-on. Wonderful.
How long did it take you to make, and how thick are they? They look so brittle. Noriaki Kakyouin

i think the blades should be a bit wider, but the general design is very nice. ^_^ if the paper doesnt curl too much, id suggest finishing them off with a silver lining and a gloss coat. ^_^

Have you thought about starting a commission business for cosplay props? *_*

I don't think that i'm good enough for the props business ^^" i still need to improve my skill. Thank you for all of the comments. Thank you so much ^^
I made each of them about 4-5 days. It's not hard but take me a lot of time. I only have a cutter to cut it in the circle shape - -" Now I just finished the yuna's guns but my brother borrowed my camera for the travel. About 4 days I will post them here when my bro. (and my camera) is back ^^ Last edited by googgig : 03-26-2004 at 04:51 AM. |

well they look a little flimsy to me... like they could snap in half if someone bumped into them. Also her blades aren't totally flat, they have some dimention in the center.
