Need help in making the white patterns on the Jace costume!!!!

Hi! I have a question about what materials to use on making the white patterns on the Jace costume from Magic the Gathering? I was thinking about either using a fabric paint or using a fabric dye with resisters to prevent the spreading. I'm looking for a quick, easy, and CLEAN way to making sharp lines throughout the costume. Before, I used to use "iron-on" transfers for designs smaller than a sheet of paper but these designs are VERY LARGE. I will post pictures along with my post. Thank you so much!!

Upcoming conventions/ costumes:
Anime Expo 2015
Plain Doll (Bloodborne)

Dye won't work, but fabric paint is what I would suggest.

For a neat, one-off design, I'm in favour of using the freezer-paper stencil. Quick tute
You can make it to any size you like, and provided you do it with care, won't bleed out onto the design.
