Kingdom Hearts

Hello everyone,

I hope I am posting in the right section, but not sure. I have been working on a kingdom hearts birth by sleep armor and I am stumpt on a part of my armor. I do not know how to make the visor for the head. I have tried using a hard plastic or fiberglass and melting it into shape, but than I get bubbles in it or what not.

Do you guys know a good way I can custom make one?

Here is what my helm looks like. It is more up to date, but this is all I have for pictures since i'm at work. I have the face cut out already

Could you use craft foam for the visor?

This way you would heat up the craft foam and then shape it to how you need it. (Since it is porous it will need to be sealed with glue)

Here's a tutorial on how to work with craft foam, hope this helps!

Have you tried taking the lenses from a set of goggles(so you can see out of it) and then maybe using craft foam around it to hold it in place? Just an idea at nearly 4am lol
