The scale tells you that you lost weight.
The pictures tell you that you lost weight.
Nobody is denying you lost weight.
I don't see how the scale or the pictures say that you lost absolutely no muscle in the process. They don't speak that at all.
Can go back and forth all day though, I already see this conversation isn't going to go anywhere, so again, best of luck in achieving your goals, and hopefully the damage you do to yourself isn't too great and that you make a good recovery when you do decide to start eating healthy again.
