Harley Quinn's Revenge cosplay

I'm new here so sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong forum!

Anyways I'm going to comic con and have decided to cosplay as Harley from the Harley's revenge DLC for Arkham city. Here's a photo for reference:

Firstly I'm at a loss as to how I'm going to make her boots so any ideas with that would be great. I want them to look as accurate as possible.

I also need some ideas on make up. I wanna tone it down a bit...I was thinking of just wearing a mask like this

or maybe just some light eyeliner? I also have no idea where I could get her undershirt. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Technically this is from the game, so right area to me lol

I can help you on the boots in a tutorial if you want to PM me about it. My friend did the normal version of this (the non DLC version) and her boots look amazing. I can have her tell me exactly what she did if you want a tutorial. I can tell you the basics though..

She got boots online that were above the knee in the front, but not in the back. The top of the back had elastic so they could slide on rather then zip up. Then she make covers for them and added all the detailing. For the raised edges she used bias tape and just glued it on with e6000. They stayed the entire con and still haven't even started coming off. It's been about 2 months. To make the loop, she just made one with fabric and sewed it on..

So, no blood then? lol That's what it looks like anyway..

You can easily just use the mask..No one will call you wrong lol Honestly I think with the whiter face and the black thick eye makeup, it'll look just fine. You can use facepaint for that honestly..It might look better too..But if you want to really do the mask, then go ahead, just put on some eye makeup..Eyeliner, eye shadow and mascara should work just fine
