Mondo Zappa's robot arm help.

I was watching a few trailers today from Killer is Dead, the new Suda51 game and i have the majority of the outfit except one major thing, his arm. So any suggestions on how to make a cybernetic left arm like his? Here is a reference http://suda51.wikia.com/wiki/Mondo_Z...lart_mondo.jpg

The design seems interesting. The outer armor is simple enough to make as it can be made from many different assortments of materials.

The innards however will be quite the task as it seems to be an assortment of wrapped around wires. I believe you can use one of those sock sleeves as a base as you wrap the wire creating this part. But once that's done the rest should be straight forward.

I see 3 ways you can make it. Probably the most thorough that would get you the best effect is to sculpt it from clay, make a mold and cast it in some sort of flexible material (rubber most likely). Granted that's expensive.

Second is making it from either L200 or PVC foam (Sintra / Komatex) but ensuring you have adequate room for your elbow joint. I'll post the tutorials I have on both methods. Happy cosplay!

This build has rubber left arm and PVC right arm :
