Bahamut Feet

So I've finally chosen my next costume. And it's a doozy XD I dunno about everyone else but for me, I friggin LOVED Bahamut Sin from FF:Advent Children. This guy right here:

He's like this mechanical, steampunk, dragon, mythical demon thing. And I've loved mythical creatures since I was young. Add that to my new found love of everything mechnically steampunk and we've got a winner.

Now, it may look complicated and like I've bit off more then I can chew but I've got a ton of time to work on it and I want it to be my best costume yet so I'm working everything out now.

The thing I'm stuck on is those feet 0_0 ye gads...
It's not so much how to make them or what material to make them with. It's HOW to walk in them. I did a past costume for halloween of a dragon with feet with 3 talons like that and the inner ones would either run into either other, rub against one another and get knock off, or they'd get tangled together and trip me.

Could I somehow rework the feet claws so they dont run into one another, although only 2 claws would look sorta dumb. Or maybe it's just learning how to walk a different way.

This is a classic case of aesthetics vs practicality/functionality.

It's really up to you what you wish to do in which you sacrifice one to get the other.

Question is, which will you choose.
When in doubt, just take the next small step.
With that next step take a deep breath. It calms the mind.
When the mind is calm you realize the best is still yet to come.
